Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ​Pitalo’s Custom Kydex​.  The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are “Made to Order” and will ship between 1 to 10 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

A few times per year we experience an increased volume of orders during a short period of time.  During these times, orders may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Free shipping is offered on all of our products that are being shipped inside the United States.

We ship everyting First Class for free. Most products arrive at the cosumer within 4 days of shipping.  Shipping time vary between 1 to 10 business days. 

Customers will have additional options to choose from during checkout.

All orders being shipped outside the United States will be charged a shipping cost during checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.  Contact use prior to ordering for availability.  All products are made to order and we cannot not promise same or next day shipping from our manufacturing location. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Pitalo’s Custom Kydex can ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Pitalo’s Custom Kydex is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us first.  USPS insures packages up to $50 for no additional charges.  Customers that have a damaged product will have to file a claim with USPS.  Our customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities and we will work with you to help resolve the issue. 

International Shipping Policy

We do ship to most countries across the world.  During checkout, you will select your shipping options.  Pitalo’s Custom Kydex does not ship for free outside the United States. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Pitalo’s Custom Kydex is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns Policy

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective kydex holster, etc.).

Mistakes made by the buyer will be charged a 20% restock fee, if the return of your purchase is agreed upon. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
